We believe Virginia Real Estate exists because of His calling + our commitment to walk in obedience to it.

Keria Dix | Principal Broker + Founder

I’m the Principal Broker and Founder of Virginia Real Estate Brokerage, a company born out of a calling from the Lord to bring faith, integrity, and genuine service back to the heart of real estate. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Jared, who shares this same vision and stands beside me as co-founder. Together, we’re raising four wonderful kiddos who remind us daily of God’s grace, purpose, and the importance of family.

Beyond providing real estate services to families in their home buying and home selling journeys, one of my greatest joys is leading and mentoring our incredible team of agents. Watching them grow - not just in business, but in confidence, character, and faith - fills me with gratitude.

For me, real estate isn’t just a career; it’s a calling. My mission is to serve families and agents alike with integrity, purpose, and a Christ-centered heart in everything I do, especially in the realm of Virginia real estate.

I’m blessed to be married to my high school sweetheart, Keria, and together we’re raising four incredible kids who keep life full of joy, laughter, and purpose. As a Co-Founder of Virginia Real Estate, my passion lies in the investing and building side of real estate services. With a background in home construction, I love helping families during the home buying and home selling processes, seeing the full potential in every property.. not just as a house, but as a home where memories will be made.

For me, real estate is more than numbers and deals - it’s a ministry of service. I believe the Lord has called us to use our gifts to guide, educate, and serve families with honesty, wisdom, and faith through one of life’s most important decisions in Virginia real estate.
